When I got to my destination, I called this enterprise because I needed to swap out the car. They put me on hold and the guy told me the manager said they had no cars to give out and that was the end of their assistance. They somehow had loss damage on the contract, I never get that.. my Geico full coverage does that.. Charged me 2 days for 30 minutes late. Car ran fine, was dirty.. I called Avis after this happened, they did adjust my bill to satisfy me, kudos for that. My warning is this, read everything at this office, don't expect any customer service from this staff, take pictures of everything..
