They put me on hold and the guy told me the manager said they had no cars to give out and that was the end of their assistance. The service was impeccable. The owner was friendly and provided great service. Instead of renting and stopping by the beach for an hour or two instead we pretty much drove the slingshot the entire time. We drove up the A1A from St. Augustine to Jacksonville then drove back down 95. It was the most amazing experience. Needless to say, I will be renting from heat again. The slingshot was clean and the handling was amazing. We picked the manual one because hey driving manual are more fun. The performance on the slingshot was top notch. I may end pitching my own. In the meantime this will be my place to rent from. I couldn't have asked for better service!

He was welcoming from the first phone call. Made processing the appointment and finalizing details of breeze. Upon pick up we were attended to quickly. And as even the lines grew everybody was placed in importance and taken care of efficiently. The drive itself is something you have to experience. It was truly amazing, and unlike anything you've driven before. Whether it be a car truck jeep van motorcycle four wheeler snowmobile, this is in a niche all its own! They somehow had loss damage on the contract, I never get that.. my Geico full coverage does that.. Charged me 2 days for 30 minutes late. Car ran fine, was dirty.. I called Avis after this happened, they did adjust my bill to satisfy me, kudos for that. My warning is this, read everything at this office, don't expect any customer service from this staff, take pictures of everything..

Back in 2019?…read morewe visited for the first time and did the regular tour, then in 2024 we did the Ghost tour, and then this year, I once again did the regular tour. The gentlemen at the booth next to the cathedral was super sweet and gave a great lunch recommendation. We bought the Jail Tour and it's such a different experience seeing it during the day. It was definitely worth the cost. My favorite thing about OTT is that each driver adds their own flare. I will always recommend OTT if they're in a city that I visit.

I got the impression there were more lights than I saw. Still beautiful and glad we did it but just not what I had imagined. I thought every building in the area was covered with lights. The driver we had, don't know his name, was very informative and funny. He sang along with the songs, shouted out for the kids to find the elfs and we all laughed when he asked us to find the two red lights in the trees and to his surprise they had been turned off. Traffic is horrific and the seats are tight and hard so that was a little uncomfortable but again I am so glad we did this. I would just suggest going before Christmas or the last week. It might not be as crowded. We went the Saturday after Christmas. Not as busy as Dec 1-20th. Also we did the early tour at 6:30 and when we got back the line was crazy long for the other tour times.
