I have 3 locations with their signs. 1 of my signs went out so I was replacing that sign. The price has gone up for these signs and being a returning customer in the tanning industry that has been hit SUPER hard by Covid, I asked if they could do a 10% discount or "something" to get this sign under $300 so I could afford it (remember i am replacing the NEW sign with an older one of there's that no longer works) Is anyone ready for the answer... she said "We have to put food on the table for our families too and we are also hit by this." I said YES MA'AM we all ARE, but isn't it GREAT that I called you instead of just buying a GENERIC OPEN sign so we could help keep each other in business!!?? She could have cared less. she said she'd rather not have the business than discount the sign at all. I cant imagine after 20 years this is how you treat a customer. There are too many other places to buy a sign, they lost me over 10% but honestly it was the principal at that point.
