I thought a bike must be popular and thought about renting a bike here. This was the first place I saw and went in to rent a bike. I later noticed so many bike rental shops available in the city. They require 140€ deposit and a copy of photo ID. They made a copy of my Arizona driver's license. Upon return, she processed a deposit back to my credit card and when I checked the credit card statement, I didn't even see a charge as they processed quickly. Renting a bike for two hours allowed me to see more places that walking. Price was reasonable. A bike comes with a lock with a key if you want to park your bike. They also have a tour desk inside, she kept pushing to buy some tours but I kept saying no. If you are interested in a tour, they can arrange a ticket for you. I came back 3 minutes later than 2 hours limit but the staff didn't say anything and didn't charge me for another hour.

The bikes were in very good condition and I had no mechanical issues in 7 days and many hours of riding. Ali helped me set up the bikes to my dimensions and attach my seat, tools, and pedals. The seat/saddle that came with the touring bike was comfortable enough that I didn't use mine. The shop is located in downtown in a cute district of many little shops in the towering buildings and narrow walking streets. It is also close to major roads, taxis, and park. Ali directed me to a restaurant nearby with the best tapas I had in Spain: Bar Catalina. A mile into our ride my sisters front TIRE WAS FLAT. We go all the way back to the bike rental store and the doors were locked, they were closed 3-5. It was 3:08. We called the number she gave us twice but NO ANSWER. When the store re-opened we went to return the bikes and we were told she would give us only a 3 Euro discount. I WAS STUNNED. I asked if we could at least not have to pay for the bike that broke on us and she said we should have called. We showed her on our phone that WE CALLED TWICE, but she wasn't going to budge. Don't rent from here!!! Bad business ethics, crappy bikes.

They set me up with a lovely carbon framed bike and gave me good recommendations on where to ride. I rode out to El Ronquillo and back, which is a lovely 105 km ride with about 1100 meters of climbing. They also have me a spare tube and tools in case of any repairs. Would definitely recommend renting from them!

I've booked my tour from Seville to Granada 3 months in advance to secure Alhambra entrance ticket and paid more than £300 for family of 3 to be told on the day that my booking doesn't have access to Al hambra and they blamed on the 'get your guide' app. Completely dismissive, unapologetic and inefficient. On arrival to Alhambra ticket office made it clear that it's totally naturanda fault and lack of efficiency and to be told that we don't have access to everything ! It was not only us, there was another family of 5 in the same situation. The response from the company was completely useless and dismissive. I'm definitely suing them for ruing my whole trip that I've planned way in advance. This is not a company it's a SCAM. Terrible avoid.
