If there was zero star I would definitely give it to the worst, dishonest tourist company I've dealt with. I've booked my tour from Seville to Granada 3 months in advance to secure Alhambra entrance ticket and paid more than £300 for family of 3 to be told on the day that my booking doesn't have access to Al hambra and they blamed on the 'get your guide' app. Completely dismissive, unapologetic and inefficient. On arrival to Alhambra ticket office made it clear that it's totally naturanda fault and lack of efficiency and to be told that we don't have access to everything ! It was not only us, there was another family of 5 in the same situation. The response from the company was completely useless and dismissive. I'm definitely suing them for ruing my whole trip that I've planned way in advance. This is not a company it's a SCAM. Terrible avoid. read more

LOL. i am unsurprised this business has terrible reviews. i made a very expensive last minute booking to see Sagrada familia with my toddlers and husband. i heard skip the line and wrongly assumed by spending $500 we would get to go up into the church. when i arrived at the meet up point no one was there. i hadn't heard that they were unable to meet us. i had to call them. they only answered their phone once. one of the tickets (26 euros each ) didn't work and i had to buy another one. they offered me only a 10 percent discount (LOL). and kept gaslihating me about the tickets. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. read more

Very disappointing. Disorganized and late start for excursion. Our tour guide was knowledgeable but not fully fluent in English. She also started the tour by saying she would have to leave us before we were finished as she had another tour after ours. We started late because they were disorganized and had 4 tour groups going off at same time in a very small space. Would not recommend using this tour operator. read more

I booked the day trip from Seville to Tangier, Morocco leaving at 7:30 but they later changed the time to 6:30 making it impossible to find breakfast before the long trip. The bus ride to the port of departure was long but comfortable. I really enjoyed the ferry ride across the Strait of Gibraltar. Once we were in Tangier, the guide Rachid was entertaining and pleasant. The sightseeing stops from the tour bus were really nice. Lunch was ok though I didn't get full. But then I really didn't like being stuck in a fabric shop and a skin care shop for lengthy sales pitches for items I had no desire to look at, much less buy. Sadly we were rushed past all sorts of cool little shops through the meandering passageways of the city but not able to stop in any of them. We were given only 45 minutes on our own to explore the city with numerous people aggressively trying to sell us souvenirs. The tour company needs to plan out better use of the time while in Tangier. What really upset me though was upon our return to Seville, the guide said that the streets were closed due to a holiday celebration so we were dropped off more than a mile from the Naturanda office where we were supposed to end the tour. The guide said it was only a 9 minute walk back to the tour office. He also told us we could call an Uber but streets were closed so using Uber would be a problem. In reality, it took me 40 minutes to walk back and Google maps was slow to update directions. Not one street on my 1.3 mile walk back to the tour office area was closed. Traffic was moving just fine. It's scary being dumped off late at night in a city you don't know. If the streets had really been closed, the guide should have walked back to the drop off site with us. I'm really glad I made it to Africa but the tour company left much to be desired. read more

We booked months in advance for a tour of Retiro Park in Madrid. We arranged for the potential for 2 guides (depending on reservations) and microphone/audio systems for all. When we confirmed 2 guides for 45 people, we were asked to change the time (we couldn't), then we were told ok, they'd have 2 guides (they didn't). One guide arrived for 40 people, and he had no audio system. While the guide did the best he could, many participants weren't able to fully enjoy the walk as they could not hear when he was speaking, and the guide could only speak if we were stopped rather than being able to tell us about the park as we were walking (which the audio system would have facilitated). The company did not call to make us aware of the situation, they didn't offer to do anything extra due to the trouble they had both in planning and then in delivering the service that we contracted, and they didn't refund any of the money we paid for the tour. To be fair, we weren't charged for the audio guide, but we didn't get what we booked, and the best we got was an email saying there was nothing they could do. I would never book another tour with this company due to their lack of professionalism and organization and their inability to deliver the services we contracted. read more

Our experience with the Naturanda tour company was great! Our guide Aida was extremely informative and kind. She spoke good Spanish, as well as good English, and made sure we could understand. We traveled to the White Towns and Ronda and she gave us a detailed history of the land surrounding it. I just wish we would have received more time at some of the stops along the way up to Ronda. Overall, I highly suggest booking with this travel company. They are professional and helpful!/ read more

Customer service and appreciation is lacking, however, as our recent experience with them has shown. Explore all of your options before booking with this company, as I don't find them to concern themselves much with customer satisfaction. Naturanda is a terrible company. Its Tangier trip on January 2, 2020 was a scam. We didn't see Sultan palace and other sites and the only Tangier taste we got was 45 minutes in the old town city center without a guide. Everyone in the group was very mad. We wasted 14 hours on the road and the reason we had to spend so much was because the ferry landed not at Tangier, but at a port an hour and thirty minutes away from Tangier. We weren't even told about this. The port was busy and had an hour long queue. We also spent 2 hours in a small town for a lack of flavor meal (6 small pieces of chicken, vegetable soup, and a rice dish cooked with cauliflower, carrot, and cabbage), we had to pay 1.5 euro for water with the meal, a tour in the old town with nothing interesting to see, and a 25-minute rug sales pitch. We knew the time was going to be tight and asked to skip this town, but it was not an option. It wasted our precious vacation time and probably my only chance to enjoy Tangier. This 149 euro trip was a scam and the company offered to refund only 25% of the cost. Everyone in Naturanda also has the attribute of not my problem. Issac, the guide in Spain, tried to convince the group that it's the company's problem and he knew nothing about it, but someone in the group understood Spanish and tear open his lie and there were reviews complained about the same experience on viator. Muhammad, the guide in Tangier, said we should save our complains for the company because he was contracted to give the tour of that small town, which happened to be his home town. read more

Naturanda is a tourist company that provides visitors with exciting and diverse excursions. The company aims to bring history and culture to life as well integrtaing this with an enviromental concern. I thoroughly enjoyed my tours with Naturanda and found them to be unforgettable experiences. They really made my time in Seville and I would reccomend them to absoloutly anybody. They have tours all over Seville and the neighboring areas of Andalausia meaning you can really experience Southern Spain to the full. The company does bike riding tours, wine tasting excursions and many more so there is always soemthing for everyone. I would definitely reccomend the tours to neighboring cities they are so educational and you really expererience the place read more
