I filled it out. I returned an and she emailed me back once stating that she had only received a portion of it so I sent it to her again. I never heard another word from her then when we went to court, she spoke only in favor of my ex-husband's and while I was asking her questions as I if she could show me proof of my lack of cooperation or any records in regarding my she said well I didn't bring I don't have any records to show.
