Having the lights coming on poses danger on the sleek road condition in winter time, so I wanted to have that taken care of before the winter arrived in October, 2022. I wanted to make sure that they can fix the problem this time. Upon my asking so, Neil assured me that they know how to fix it because his assurance was important for me. I took the word for it from Neil, and I brought the car on the scheduled date when I went to ask the question. Neil charged me about $1700 including fee for fixing a break problem. After picking up the car making sure that none of the lights coming on, I brought the car back home, the lights would come back on and staying lit. The story follows is more than six or seven times of me bringing the car back to Neil's repair shop to make the lights go away because Neil did a temporary fix and he kept his fingers crossed hoping it has been fixed: the bottom line is Neil and none of the other mechanics know how to fix the issue once and for all. Apparently, Neil and his crews made a promise on lack of skills to fix it. I am seeking to get the refund for the money spent because it ain't fixed still more than one year and ten months. Neil seems like a nice person, but he needs to get a clear picture of their technical know-hows and give customers proper guidelines.

Price was better than competition and the work was done on time. Don't trust anyone else to service my BMW. Also had a Ford F150 Platinum serviced here and had the same results. No reason to go anywhere else. Very thankful for Neil and crew providing honest diagnosis and competitive prices.

Mark took the time to actually inspect the car properly -- he confirmed the front suspension didn't need replacing, but more importantly, he caught something the other shop completely missed: rust and damage to the rear subframe that needs urgent attention. He walked me through exactly what he found, showed me the problem area in person, and flagged that there's an ongoing class action lawsuit related to this issue that I should look into. He also recommended I take the car to Audi for a full inspection to be safe. And he didn't charge me a dime for the visit. It's rare to find someone in this business who is this honest, thorough, and genuinely looking out for the customer instead of just running up a bill. Mark has earned my trust and all of my future business. If you want a mechanic who actually knows what he's doing and tells you the truth, go see him! Thank you Mark!

After giving it an oil change and some routine service the shop showed me how bad my front struts were (which I had a feeling were bad). They replaced the struts and all relevant components using OEM parts for what I thought was a very reasonable price. The 10 year old car drives like new again!
