I brought this to their attention, and they immediately took the vehicle back in to perform the rotation. When I got home, I realized that only the driver's side tires were swapped front to back. The passenger tires were not touched. On my wife's car, the tires were indeed rotated, but greasy fingerprints were left on the armrest. I have purchased two sets of tires from Hogan and have been satisfied with their service until now. I don't know if the technician is to blame for this shoddy service or it is a systemic problem with Hogan.

Mark took the time to actually inspect the car properly -- he confirmed the front suspension didn't need replacing, but more importantly, he caught something the other shop completely missed: rust and damage to the rear subframe that needs urgent attention. He walked me through exactly what he found, showed me the problem area in person, and flagged that there's an ongoing class action lawsuit related to this issue that I should look into. He also recommended I take the car to Audi for a full inspection to be safe. And he didn't charge me a dime for the visit.
