I marked the tires beforehand, so when I picked up my car, it was apparent that the tires were never rotated although it was on the invoice. I brought this to their attention, and they immediately took the vehicle back in to perform the rotation. When I got home, I realized that only the driver's side tires were swapped front to back. The passenger tires were not touched. On my wife's car, the tires were indeed rotated, but greasy fingerprints were left on the armrest. I have purchased two sets of tires from Hogan and have been satisfied with their service until now. I don't know if the technician is to blame for this shoddy service or it is a systemic problem with Hogan.

I went to my regular mechanic to check their work afterwards. They text me to grab the car after hours on a Friday. I tried calling the shop & Donna personal cell because I had a $100 deductible. Nobody answered. Even while they had my car they would decline my calls and I didn't call daily at all. I would leave messages and nobody responded. Monday after I picked up my car they started texting me about the deductible. I gave them the same treatment they gave me as I called for updates on my vehicle. They had my car from 8/3-8/21 (not their fault). The richard guy starts calling me 8 times in a row leaving messages that he is calling regarding my court date. Extremely unprofessional especially for $100 I had all intentions of paying.
