I stopped here today on January 5th and their machine took my money and I never got a car wash... I have sent an email to the company requesting a return of my money. This car wash does not accept coins only accepts dollars and cards... Do not patronize this car wash.. they have stole my money and not provided me with a service. read more

I don't recommend using the vacuum cleaner unless you use cash/coins. Be aware if you pay with a card to press the "stop" button on the machine so you are not overcharge. It does not automatically shut off. read more

they said no bucket washing, but how do you actually get the car clean without spending a ridiculous amount of money. owners just greedy.

Went there about 2 weeks ago. Washed vehicle and changed to the rinse mode worked fine for about 1 minute then pressure dropped noticeably and the rinse took longer had to add money. Went back yesterday 1/24/25 and tried to put 5 dollars in to start. Would not accept any of 4 different bills. Swiped my debit card and nothing would work with that. Went to change machine had after about 8 tries I finally got change to rinse. I just checked my card account and see I was charged $5.30 on it by JJT group. I will be contacting my bank to try and get that amount back as no one was on site to complain to. read more

***EXCEPTIONAL*** I brought my mud truck and our crew of 6 more mud trucks down to Anderson car wash after the Monster Truck show in Bloomsburg, PA. We were all greeted personally by Shane de Garay whom I believe is the owner of the car wash as he was very well versed in the proper treatments and brags that this is the only mud truck friendly car was in York PA. Our trucks were filthy, inches of muds from driving through the feilds etc, and we were greeted with smiles. Shane personally helped us scrape the mud inside the bay and turned up the temperature and soap to help with the cleanup. They could have won a show, I would HIGHLY recommend this car wash to all mud bogging enthusiasts, although it was recommended by Shane to come after hours as less people will be disturbed by the noise or mess. The automatic car wash is actually not bad, I think if you wipe it down with a towel when done your car will look great. I stopped in to see how to go about using this wash and the attendant, Larry was very pleasant and very helpful. I will be going back. Lisa J read more

Rant alert I had great luck at Anderson Car Wash on Queen Street months ago. Bought the 20 dollar one. It involved someone rinsing it off with a hose first. My car was cleaner than when I bought her. Went back today and there wasn't anyone there to do the pre wash. Got their best package and drove through. It was horrible! I had fresh bird droppings on my windshield. It didn't even get that! Now it's just as dirty with wax on top. Absolutely just as dirty. I wrote to them. Sent pictures. This reply just really annoyed me. It's been a real intense week. So maybe it's a knee jerk reaction. But first, I had said the last wash I got there was great. She then assumed since they were closed in August, I hadn't washed my car. Ummmm. There are other car washes.....grrr And then to top it off with a freaking sales pitch. "You're not happy with the job we did? Here, join our special club so we can wax over your dirt as much as you want!" I didn't expect a miracle. But I've always seen the car look at least a little better with a wash. This didn't even remove day old bird poo. Lol Here was her reply: Hi, sorry you weren't happy with the wash. We actually closed in August to remodel so it sounds like it has been quite awhile since the last wash. We would recommend washing more frequently to keep your car clean and shiny. Went through the automatic car wash and my car went off the track scratching my rim! The owner didn't car and blamed it on my for "turning my wheel". It's the most unprofessional place. You basically put your wheels on a track and it pulls your car through. It's ridiculous!! BEWARE! read more

I took my car to the Queen St car wash last week. Prior to this visit I was thoroughly pleased with the results BUT they took away the felt strips that really cleaned the car. Now there are no strips - just gushing water. My car did NOT get clean and the rear view window was still very dirty when finished. Was NOT pleased. So my first 2 experiences were super great but this last one, after they did the renovations, was totally lousy. read more

When new owners took over this was a good car wash. The two of them were there working. Went there today 5/8/18, my car was not even sprayed before I went into wash. Rocker panels were still dirty when I was done! This is what happens when you don't care about your business and just hire anyone. read more

I recently had found Anderson's on Groupon using the EverWash app. It was a pain to set up the app using the Groupon initially for the car wash plan. You basically sign up and us the Groupon as a free month. I remember the owner complaining how he did not like the Groupon because people were just signing up for the month with the Groupon and not staying on the program as an ongoing paying customer. Well, I can see why...while the car wash itself does a good job, the place does not from a customer service standpoint. They close at the drop of a hat. Their hours are just 8-5 Mon - Sat. Well I work until 4:30 and it's rare that I can make it there on time. The few times that I have they've been closed due to "inclement" weather. To me, in the winter, when it's below 27°, I still want to wash the salt off of my car, but they close because the track freezes up. It shouldn't freeze if your busy and keep it moving at that temp. Also closed for a slight drizzle, and then I find the owner is there, flags flying out front but he's in the back lot kicking around a ball with his son. I got two washes in one month when I should've been able to get it done at least 10 times or so. I WON'T BE BACK!!! read more

I don't know if he's the owner or what but the guy running this place is a first class a$$hole. I was trying to wash mud and debris off my trailer when some old guy with a beard (who was already cussing at the towel machine) comes over and starts yelling at me. "You know how much it costs to to clean these drains?" I looked at him and thought, you can't be serious about talking to a customer like that. I told him once I was done, I would spray down the mud and clean up my yard debris. He walked away and I tried to finish washing only to find out he cut off the water to the bay. OK, now I'm furious! I drove to the front office and demanded to get my money back. He just kept going on about how expensive it is to clean his drains. I told him I saw the note about not leaving mud behind and I intended to clean it, and demanded my money back. No luck there. I told him I just moved to the area and although this place is convenient I would NEVER return. Absolute WORST costomer service I have ever experienced! read more
