Don't look elsewhere for someone to paint your house, inside or out. Ten years ago I hired Calhoun Painting Company to paint the outside of my house. The crew arrived early in the morning, as they said they would. They worked hard all day, for four days. They cleaned up after themselves every single day; not a single water hose was left unrolled. At that time the company was run by John's dad, Mark. I posted a review then saying that I would hire Mark Calhoun and his crew again in a heartbeat. Now John runs the business. In the Spring 2026, I hired Calhoun Painting Company to paint the outside of my house. Just as before, they arrived early, worked hard in 100+ degree weather, and did a spectacular job! Most recently, I hired them again, this Summer 2026, to remove all of my popcorn ceilings (the entire house). Needless to say, it was a quite a job. It was supposed to take about a week, but ended up taking three. John, Eric, and Tyler ran into problem after problem, but John didn't budge from his original quote. Every day they showed up at the crack of dawn, taped the entire house with plastic, and worked extremely hard. They were meticulous about keeping the house as clean as possible (kinda hard to do when it comes to popcorn removal). Tyler and his wife even had a baby girl, Sunny, during the process (so Eric and/or John had to work without him for several days). Today they completed the job. When I arrived at my house, all the furniture was back in its place, the house was mopped, dusted, and the ceilings looked fantabulous!!!! These guys are honest, dependable, friendly, conscientious, talented--true professionals. They know what they're doing and they do it with style and grace. When it was our turn to have the house painted and repaired, I called Aaron Painting. I was not disappointed. The final price came in right on the estimate. The guys who did the painting showed up a few minutes early each day. They got right to work. Each day they did a visual inspection; made a plan; and worked all day. After the first day, I realized I had made a mistake in the color. I decided that I wanted the cedar shingles and the brick to be different colors. Don (the owner) said no problem and got the color I wanted. Don double checked some details with me and kept me apprised of the progress. A week after mostly completing the job they were back to finish up the details, some of which I would have never noticed. (Weather was a factor in not being able to come to the house.)
