The visit was delayed beyond the 30 days and they didn't want to honor the discount. 9 times out of 10 we would arrive only to sit for 20-30 minutes waiting to be seen. I even took the first apt of the day (8:30am) and the Dr didn't stroll in until 9am! We live 30 minutes out of town and I was behind farm equipment and called to let them know we would be about 5 minutes late and they said I would have to reschedule. Then my daughter's retainer fell and broke. We were charged the full amount and when she went in to pick it up they "forgot" and sent her out the door. I had to call and insist they get her the retainer that same day since i didn't want her teeth moving. 2 years later... drive the 30 minutes in for a 30 second retainer check.
