My daughter got her braces here. First off they offer a cash one payment discount. I opted for that option and agreed it would be paid at the next visit. The visit was delayed beyond the 30 days and they didn't want to honor the discount. 9 times out of 10 we would arrive only to sit for 20-30 minutes waiting to be seen. I even took the first apt of the day (8:30am) and the Dr didn't stroll in until 9am! We live 30 minutes out of town and I was behind farm equipment and called to let them know we would be about 5 minutes late and they said I would have to reschedule. Then my daughter's retainer fell and broke. We were charged the full amount and when she went in to pick it up they "forgot" and sent her out the door. I had to call and insist they get her the retainer that same day since i didn't want her teeth moving. 2 years later... drive the 30 minutes in for a 30 second retainer check. read more

You don't have many choices in this town. Care is good here my biggest peeve is that they never keep accurate appointment. They are never on time always takes at least 30 minutes of waiting even on the 1st appt of the day. Their front office needs major help and organization. read more
