The manager, Vanessa at this time took the online test so this employee could pass. Same employee used her phone number to collect any points that were given to myself. This was something I didn't know. I went to pickup a script and they said this is the phone # on the account. I didn't use my # or collect points. They tried to charge me $138 dollars for a $24 dollar script after telling me I could no longer shop there. I had to laugh at myself for not changing Pharmacys months before. I had stopped filling any script there but never changed it at my Dr's office. I ask the young lady to remove the charge as I didn't trust it was being filled by a licensed person, she explained someone else would take care of it. No one there was capable of doing it at the time. Instead of making a big deal of it, I walked to the front of the store and ask for T.F. the manager. She stated I was no longer allowed inside the store but I could use the drive through. She stated, I saw your questions you sent to corporate and you are not allowed here anymore. It was a legitimate question. I feel she was covering for her friend and I understand her dilemma. It's hard to find a qualified person to work for so little money.

on 11-19-2024 in the afternoon i called this unit and spoke to a young gentleman who took my…read moreinformation to transfer some perscriptions from wal-mart 3070 duluth, ga , i young man who took my information got annoyed when i told him i didnt want all the txts message's and other nonsense sent to my phone (its a pre-paid phone) , so being patient i wait until this moring to call and see if the trainsfer was complete and i was told there were no scripts to trnasfer, this was and is a lie. my recalled my pharmist om georgia and was told yeah there are 4 scripts to transfer, humilog, levevamere, sulfa silvidine cream, and naproxan, i did call back the walgreen unit and the pharmist said to call 1800 walgreen (to complain) so i did that, this kind of behavior is un acceptable as people have to trust their pharmacist no to lie or decieve patients , who ever at that unit of walgreens that did the lying need to be suspended or terminated, this is a breach of trust, and they were rude, short-curt, and totally not something any company should represeenting them, i have contact the wal-mart in sweetwater and within moments the they could see the transfer being initiated, who ever reviews this , .... do not trust this location as they will lie and decieve patients, use a small pharmacy or go to wal-mart .... when it come to medicines that extend quality of life like humolog, levimeir, etc ... their integerity should be beyond reproach so wake up america ... when corporations do stuff like this take your busines else where ....

Ignore the negative Google reviews from the pampered children that frequent this place. They have yet to realize being a grown up is hard. I am a UT student as well but don't expect the world handed to me on silver platter with a brand new car I didn't earn. Kara and her team do a fantastic job and work their tails off to care for all their customers even when the customers don't appreciate them. I will fill my prescriptions here for as long as I work downtown and go to UTK.
