I really liked her Google Slides page that she shared with us so we could collaborate as the design process went along. A nice feature was links to websites of products she was suggesting so we could see where to buy and the cost. She did a few different renderings that helped us see different options so we could make final decisions. The guys are friendly, they cleaned up each night before leaving, put sticky plastic over the carpet to protect it from stains, etc They even found a leak under the house we didn't know about....huge relief! Would definitely recommend them for any work you need done on your house.
