In fact, Judy and her husband, Kurt, sat my wife and me down, during our first showing, and gave us their opinions on which homes we chose to view should have better resale value down the road. It was clear that they were trying to help, and not just convince us to buy any house, in order to make a quick commission. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! We recently worked with their broker, Wendy. She moved us in .. 1300 for…read morerent, 1300 deposit, 1200 movers (twice), 400 fill up propane tank, and many more moving costs totaling well over $6000.00 She refused to ever give us a copy of lease, she made US borrow her keys to the home to make copies (to move in, kind of shady) and then after the homeowner started walking around like she lived there we were informed that our son's cat (he was out of town) had to leave. In addition to my registered service dog. We told them no AND WENDY EVICTED US, NO NOTICE, STILL NO RECEIPTS OR LEASE, AND 4 MONTHS LATER THEY STILL REFUSE TO GIVE BACK OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WITH NO REASON WHY. SHADY SHADY. We have now witnessed online that they have rented it out to at least one other person since we left but strangely the house is now up for lease again. .uh.. can you say. .RACKET?? we have hired an attorney, notified the Texas Attorney Generals office, and will not stop until they stop ripping people off.
