After six and one half months I finally got back my fireplace screen, I took it to Blue Goose…read morebecause I heard they did good work. I needed a new screen because the old one had holes in it and the hinge was bent. I was given excuse after excuse for the delay. When I did get it back it still had the old screen , holes and all, and the hinge was still bent. So now my husband is taking it apart to replace the screen and fix the hinge.

Out of frustration I requested a refund and was denied. The owner's wife sighted that "alot of work" had been done on it and so no refund will be provided. This project is a small project and I'm certain she had not put "alot of work" into this that at least a partial refund could have been offered. do yourself a favor....stay away from this company. There are other fabrication companies out there.
