I then messaged Doug on the Yelp platform and he responded within an hour. Ironically, right after he responded, one of the two I had text referred me to Doug. Yesterday he came out, gave me an estimate and today completed the work. The pool cut off a water pipe to my flower bed so Doug installed an automatic watering system, programmed it, showed me how to download and use the app to control it. He then was supposed to reroute two lines, but found three and set it up so that I have two drip lines and can add two more. He also showed me how they all functioned. I love giving business to hard working small business owners and Doug was incredible. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

After informing the owner that I was undergoing cancer treatment and would need reliable service, I found myself repeatedly having to initiate contact. I've asked for sprinkler adjustments so I wouldn't be fined by the City of Visalia and he never addressed it. After reseeding my lawn he said he would come every week after that to do other services since he couldn't mow the lawn but he did not follow through. At the time of this review, I have not heard from Q (the owner) or have had service for three weeks. My lawn has been left unmaintained even after I gave him a second chance when he burned the edges of my lawn with weed killer. Upon hiring him I explained how much hard work I put into my lawns before starting chemo and needed someone dependable to maintain it and communicate with me. My hard work has gone down the drain and now I am inconvenienced to find another lawn maintenance company when I should be focusing on my health. Communication and reliability did not meet my expectations for a supposed "professional" lawn maintenance company. I do not recommend this company.

He would send just one person who stayed for about 15 minutes, picking up leaves without actually finishing the job. Communication was not good, calls went straight to a voicemail that wasn't set up. When I finally reached him, Q came and did a great job cleaning up our yard, but after that, it went right back to poor communication and inconsistency. On top of that, services were not consistent, and he even lost our backyard key. I do not recommend QR Lawn Service. Find someone else who is reliable and professional.
