Due to what the issue was I was still having personally, financially and mental fall out due to the issues they were representing. The firm and its employees, especially Halle, never failed to keep me informed through out the actual very short time it was ongoing. If I emailed and/or called they got back to me within a very short time frame that I have never experienced before. They patiently explained any form of correspondence whenever I had concerns or did not understand. My concerns when everything was settled and numbers, who was receiving what, not to mention I had some legal issues I had to reimburse in California so Trustees were involved, were NEVER ignored or failed to be answered with concern and care. I called other firms, talked to QRC's, which was not assigned to me, to get information that was not provided to me by Karl. I feel as though he lives in "Attorney" world. Assumes I can read his mind and prepares late. I feel as if he is doesn't have common since, just paid a lot to quote the law. I feel he does not have good communication skills. I feel as if he is a class D attorney. I wouldn't refer Karl to anyone. Karl's assistant Haley has more common knowledge and more helpful then Karl. He would rather reprimand about something I said, instead of trying to understand the message I was trying to explain. I know I couldn't represented myself, but I know I will pass his information along to anyone in a WC case.
