But for some reason the last invoice he sent went to my spam, as if it was sent from a different email account. Long story short he didn't get paid because I didn't receive the invoice until I reached out and asked about it. He sent it to me directly and I paid it. Well I guess he was not happy about that and no longer answered requests to schedule my next cut. Complete radio silence. I had already paid him for the first cut without issue. The second cut's invoice was a weird spam issue. A simple mistake. But then to completely ignore everything after was very unprofessional. Like I said the work he did was great. But that weird silent treatment was not acceptable. That is what keeps him from getting 5 stars. The only reason I am writing this review is for the fact that I am in search of a lawn care company again. I am no longer cutting my own grass and when I requested quotes, he was the first to give me a quote which made me laugh.

The owner and his wife were likable people and my wife and I thought we were doing a good thing by helping someone break in the remodeling world. We did minimal due diligence except for some online reviews and recommendations. We agreed to the price and work to be performed. Cut a check for the required 50% deposit and then got excited to have a fully remodeled bathroom and walk-in closets. First week, demo but more so excuses of why they weren't able to show up, had to leave, etc. second week, still demo the day and a half he arrived. Middle of second week, radio silence. We have since hired a different contractor to do the work since they only completed 80% of the demo and bought a few materials. We have tried to contact them several times with no response. If you do plan on using this contractor I would also suggest you perform a Google search on the owner. Then ask yourself some tough questions.
