The sound bath of 15 minutes started the session and 45 minutes of Reiki finish the session. Total cost of the session was $80 plus I left a nice tip. Very professional from the ease to setup the appointment on line and only had to pay a $25 deposit to hold the appointment. Alex did a pre session interview taking notes about why I was there and what I hope to get from it. I had read that if your energy was very out, it is better to have 3 sessions of reiki in 6 weeks. I used 3 different therapists for this. After the session, he had a written form of what he found, what he did, and the outcome. Besides the chakras, he also diid a look at the rest of the body. He texted me a picture of the sheet the next day. He was very understanding about the fact my late soulmate is very protective of me and needed to be asked for me to have any hands. Alex could even see EBS. I plan to keep my energy more inline since I have been fighting leg pain and weakness which has improved. I plan to do that quarterly so I do plan to return.

And let me tell you, she was definitely working on my body! I know that I carry a lot of stress and she was able to really work into those problem areas and we even went over these issues afterwards on what we want to work on moving forward. When you first arrive, you sit down and talk about your problem areas and what to expect during and how to breath. I have eczema and she has products that she uses for people with sensitive skin as well. I got "The Session " package which is a myriad of different massage elements such as oils, hot stones, etc. lasting 90 minutes and it was truly a session. She focuses on each part of your body for a time and makes sure you get loved on for each body part. She also ends with a moisturizing cream or oil (I can't remember I was sleep/couldn't see) but I left feeling like a buttered babe.
