I provided my prescription to the sales person when k purchased my frames and they entered it into…read moretheir system. I waited 2 weeks for my glasses to come back from the lab. I went in to pick them up and tried them on and was not able to see. Clearly not my prescription in the frames as I was seeing double. The optician found that they had left off the prism from the prescription. She told me she would send them back to the lab and I could pick them up in another 10-14 days. I asked if they could expedite the order and was told they are not allowed to add any expedite. I asked if a manger could expedite and was told they couldn't either. My current glasses are on their last leg and I am heading out of town in a week and I'm very frustrated that there was no expedite process when clearly it was an error that they should take responsibility to correct. Only after I explained my frustration, did I even receive an apology. Had I not complained I don't think I would have received any acknowledgment or apology. Ironically, as I sat at the table there was a sign that read... 100% guarantee. If not satisfied we will do whatever it takes to make it right... clearly they don't.

I emailed after 13 days of no communication as to order status. In return I received a useless email that showed the order was NOT moving. USPS was still waiting for the item. After sending a final email requesting a cancellation of the order and the threat to contact my credit card company for a reversal of charges. Next day, the package is now showing in transit with dates and locations on USPS. I wouldn't purchase from Specs again. Do not recommend.
