We just got dropped like a hot potatoes because we have Tufts insurance that we've had since 1998. They want us to switch to the MassGen Plan. No way! It's SO F expensive. Mass General is screwing people so bad. Mass Eye & Ear is included in the conglomerate. Another place we've been going to several times a year since the mid-90s. No where to go who is accepting new patients and they don't give a shit. They only care about money!! I'll never go back.

I feel like he's not even listening to me. He jumps to conclusions without hearing all the facts. None of these things are good in a doctor. It isn't just this doctor. His staff are incompetent as well. Every time I in need to refill a prescription I am met with resistance. CVS will report that the doctor refuses to authorize the refill. So I message the woman who is in charge of prescriptions (HM) and I'm met with resistance and BS. Avoid this doctor.
