I originally retained another attorney, but they went silent and never confirmed they had resolved my ticket, leaving me in a panic to find someone last minute. Just one day before my traffic violation was due, I reached out to John, and he returned my call within minutes. From the start, John was proactive and professional. He immediately requested a new court date and later pushed out the court date a couple of times (the ticket was issued in April, and the final court date was in December). Although the ticket wasn't dismissed (I was speeding, and the officer appeared in court), John handled everything for me and made the process very easy.
