I have used David for two accidents. The first was easy peasy - I was rear ended by a Jeep traveling at 55 mph. Or so I thought, and after trying it on my own I needed help and found David. He helped me achieve a settlement with no problems. So I returned to him when I had a more difficult case and he didn't disappoint. I was dealing with an impossible situation being hit by a driver in a pickup truck who ran a red light at 60 mph. Because there were no witnesses he claimed I ran the red light.
