From first to last visit, I only have the best things to say about her practice! All staff is very kind and helpful. Upon my first visit, she gave me my options and told me to think about what is best for me. At the front desk, one of her staff gave me a printout of all the costs for every scenario, with complete breakdown of all costs plus what insurance covers. No hidden fees, they are very upfront about pricing. I explained that I don't have that kind of money right away, and we decided to do my proceedures in multiple visits, so it ended up being like a mini payment plan. There is complimentary coffee, water, and cookies while you wait. All of the exam rooms have televisions with remotes to keep you occupied. The oral hygienist is excellent and gentle. The doctor is highly professional and very careful not to cause you pain. He does not rush his procedures and seems to have the latest tools and toys. Told the dentist that I had a gum infection under the bridge that was resolving, and I only wanted temporary glue in case my gums needed further treatment. Dentist put in temporary glue, but put in so much it overflowed over my gums and tongue. It caused the bridge to not fit right, so he took the drill to reform the bridge. I left and called as soon as I got home, and arranged a return visit asap. Went back and they wanted to charge me $400 to fix what I already paid $200 for. Go here if you want to overpay for disappointing procedures.
