I sat down for 15 to 20 minutes before anyone even greeting me. Finally someone asked if I had an appointment said no. so they me to the first chair which was occupied by the Barber on the phone the entire time I was there. The kid is 17 did not go to a barber school of any kind found this out as he's already cutting my hair. Gave him clear instructions completely went off script and then told me if I wanted this specific haircut I should've asked for it! IM NOT MAKING THIS UP Manager comes over tries to fix my hair. Says this is about all we can do with an attitude. after having a conversation with the kid, the kid asked "so you want me to do what I did on this side on the other side of your head?? don't worry this one on me" how noble of you not charging me experiment on my hair. I was pleasant and respectful throughout this entire experience. I was visibly upset, but never took it out on the Manager or Barber. I have never left a bad review on any establishment because I know how it can affect their reputation. This was so awful. I had to share my experience. Fact Check me pull whole footage. The lady said " I have someone for you she's the best we have for layers . GREAT!!! I drove an hour to get to this location. Checked in. The lady who was assigned to my hair came to the waiting room and got me . Sat in the chair and told her .. even let her know that I had a complex with scissor, happy hairdressers, then proceeded to let her know , I wanted 1 inch off my length an I wanted my layers trimmed. It's taking me a long time YEARS to grow my hair out this long . I'm very upset and discouraged with hair with hairdressers, they all pay go to school to learn all these techniques . I don't wear hair extensions so I can't hide the slaughtering of my hair . I was so looking forward to having my hair cut done correctly and finding that one hairdresser that I can trust to listens and doesn't take it upon themselves to cut years off somebody's head . I like to take my son to the stylist and have her do my hair as well. There is always a good show on the TV or music for while you wait. They take reservations online, which is really nice because you can skip any line that there might be and get going as soon as you get there. Since I bring my son though, I usually have a wait anyway but the TV or music make it okay. With all that, I have never seen a long line or wait. There are 5 chairs in the front and I think 2 more in a back room and usually enough barbers and stylist to keep everybody moving. The stylist, Cassidy, is extremely patient with my son. (Me not so much...lol) She does really well with him, and he does really well with her. I usually go on Saturdays.

Faded it way to high up, didn't blend the fade well and cut me multiple times when lining me. It hurt during the moment but I didn't realize I was cut till I got home. I asked the person to cut the top a little lower after they didn't the first time, they then cut it lower didn't give me a mirror to look at it and just took everything off and was trying to get me out the chair. This was the worst haircut experience I've had and I won't be going back there. This is one of those haircuts where you have to go to another barber for them to fix what the first barber did to you.

This is for mens cuts so if your looking for a nice tight cut, a shave or a trimming this is your place. The barbers here are all very talented and are experts at keeping men well groomed. One really nice thing about this shop is their scheduling system. To make an appointment just jump into their web page and make an appointment. The advertised hours say they open at 7:30am to 5pm, but several of the barbers have open appointments starting at 6:00am which is awesome for those who want to go in and get a haircut before work or school. The automated system will send you texts and updates on your appointment so you don't need to set yourself reminders. I've been here 4 times now and I'm so glad I started coming. I hated calling the salons and then trying to figure out which day I could leave at 3pm for a haircut, and this place not only makes it easy, but you'll be looking your best too. Lastly, the pricing. This isn't "cheap cuts" and if you're on a budget and looking to have your three toddlers hair cut, this might not be the best place. But, for teenagers and men who want to get the best cuts in town, this place will be your jam. Enjoy!

I don't think it was mentioned when I scheduled my appointment, but they are strictly cash only. I had the majority of it but had to use the ATM to cover the remaining $5. Just a forewarning, the fee was $4.50. Besides that inconvenience it was a great experience and I now will have a reliable barber for future work trips.
