I'm so happy I had Kevin Collier help me find a brilliant apartment in Houston. He made the process…read morefun and effortless! Kevin has a ton of knowledge and answered every question I had!! He even asked an old client about his experience at a property I was considering. Kevin called every property I was interested to get information before I toured them with him about rent and square footage on their units in my price range. He took notes on all the properties he called and gave them to me so I would not feel overwhelmed with details. This allowed me to fully concentrate on what I thought about each property in order to decide if it was a right fit for me. You will be so glad you got Kevin's help!!! I would happily enlist his help again anytime I am considering moving or recommend him to anyone else!!!

ULR seems to come highly praised however my personal experience has been quite annoying. I asked an…read moreagent over two years ago to help me look for an apartment within a specific price range. Once I no longer needed his service (I found my own place), he continued to spam my E-mail account with invitations to rental/homebuying events to promote his business. I had to ask him a few times with a call to the office to request this to stop. It started with LinkedIn, and then through other similar social media mediums, then E-mail. Finally the office took care of it and I had to take the extra step to block him. Then, two years later, another agent who connected with me through LinkedIn as well began to do the same practice. In no way did I ever ask to opt-in to any of these invitations. That means I'm on another distribution list that I never agreed to. She is sending Evites--without any opt-out buttons. I had to contact ULR again, and another agent profusely apologized to me. I'm not into this spamming marketing practice because quite honestly, it cheapens a business and creates a desperate image. Do some of these agents like getting cold calls from random numbers themselves and pressured into something they don't need? I don't think any of us do! So it would imply that with common sense, you shouldn't do what you don't enjoy yourself, to people who aren't clearly requesting your service. The agent who helped me get myself removed from a distribution list (again) says that she doesn't practice those methods herself and aren't exemplary of ULR as a whole, but no one seems to be encouraging or reminding other agents to stop the SPAM method. I never experience this when I contact an agent through HAR. Bottom line: I get it, it works once on a blue moon, but if you're about branding yourself as a high quality agent, this spam stuff is not a lot of people's cup of tea. Try this instead, reach out to a potential client directly and ask if they're currently interested in renting/buying or would like to remain in touch in the future if neither are currently an option. Don't force me into your impersonal mass distribution list against my will. Here's the Federal Trade Commmissin FAQ on SPAM stating you must include information on how to opt-out of receiving future E-mail and honor opt-out requests immediately: https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/blogs/business-blog/2015/08/candid-answers-can-spam-questions

Horrible experience with your agent Natalie Robinson (Natalie Banks). You have a very…read moreunprofessional inexperienced agent representing your brokerage!! Came across Natalie "Bank" on Facebook in search of apartment rental, ended up qualifying to purchase a home for my son. Only thing she worked for and did for us was refer us to David Tache with Century Homes who was amazing with us. Never showed a single home and never met her in person. Everything was well until she was notified that a pause would be done due to USDA and went on her social media and expressed herself very bad of us by stating we wanted her time and she would sue us!! Stating she fixed credit for free and would no longer mess with people with bad credit and broke people and she would want proof of clients savings account from now and on and not to even call her if I didn't have good credit because guys where just wanting to hit on her and excusing herself for being sick as a reason for canceling appointments with us to meet up. She lacks experience and knowledge and well manners when working with clients. This is definitely not her line of work and is focused more on rapping and doesn't take real estate serious. She did not have closing prepared and did not communicate or participate in group chats with the sales representative and over promised closing guest and once closed she never came thru with delivering the gifts or making the client feel special . She showed up to closing unannounced and her mom showed up as well making it awkward. She lacks skills and knowledge and is saying she didn't get paid from century homes the builder as a excuse to not deliver the gifts and is accusing us of signing with another agent (false) and when we never signed with another agent. Your agents shouldn't be using social media to put clients down and show their frustrations, you should be shamed and embarrassed to have such a agent represent you!!!!!!! You can't go around threatening to sue people like that as their is a better way to handle these situations!!!! Very very disturbed by this, I will be sharing this experience to fiends and family so they know the type of business you guys do here and how you don't take real estate serious!!

This review is specifically for a Nikola Knezevic. This person demonstrated poor professionalism, poor ethics, and borderline illegal behavior. They are an awful communicator, pressure salesperson, and only responds when it's beneficial for themselves. During our time of negotiations they did not respond to any initial communications, only until financial transactions on their side occurred, in which they used pressure tactics to gain financial opportunities in a speedy manner. During the option period they continued to let others tour the property and didn't properly update the listing status. Finally, once the deal fell through we had to threaten legal action in order to get them to return the earnest money. Just know that if you work with this person on deals, you are essentially working with a brick wall. Very risky working with this agent, whether as a buyer or a seller. I'm guessing they haven't even seen half the properties they are buying or selling. Take caution when working with them. If you don't want to take my word, you can see first hand the shady behavior they have conducted. https://www.fox26houston.com/news/houston-homeowner-defrauded-homebuy-solutions-jury-awards-significant-damages-victim.
