My feet sat in warm water (turned cold) for 25 minutes while my husband had his done then he sat and waited for me with wet towels around his feet while mine were done. And then today happened, and I really couldn't stand another minute with my hair as long as it was, but I also desperately didn't want to drive to Dover. I decided that since it had been so long since I last got a cut at the Rochester location, I would give it one more chance. The prices are the average of what one would pay anywhere for hair services...they definitely are not more expensive than other places.
