Not the experience I was looking forward to on my first cut/color after my hair growing back from chemo loss. Please note this review is on Hydi, with Finelines Barber which operates within this salon, other stylist in shop seem to know what they are doing. Saw the cuts they did and looked amazing. Paid her $160.00 went home and cried. Called to ask about a refund for unsatisfactory service and she wouldn't. Marissa recently did hair and makeup for my wedding, styling myself and my bridal party. She did an amazing job, was quick and efficient, and my makeup didn't budge all night even with the NE heat and humidity. She and another esthetician share a room in this salon (they work at different times in the day). Cara also provided me with a 20% coupon for my next visit there, which I have already redeemed.
