ZERO STARS - Unprofessional and Unreliable The company I work for is currently applying for a California agency license, which requires fingerprint submission. As a fully remote organization, our leadership is not based in California, and state rules require Live Scan to be completed in-state. While our executive was traveling in California, we scheduled a Live Scan appointment with this provider based on a referral from a local partner. Initially, communication was responsive and professional. However, following the appointment, we never received the required receipt. Approximately one month later, I followed up to request it and received no response. Since then, our application has been placed on hold due to deficiencies related to the fingerprint submission. For several months, I have made repeated attempts to contact this provider via phone and email, with no response. We are only requesting the ATI number, which should be maintained on file as part of standard Live Scan requirements. Despite multiple outreach efforts--including attempts from colleagues--communication has ceased, and my number appears to have been blocked. At this point, our concern is not only the lack of responsiveness but also whether the fingerprints were submitted at all. This situation has caused significant delays in a process that is already time-consuming and costly. I strongly recommend avoiding this provider. For anyone familiar with California licensing, the process involves substantial fees and long processing times--working with an unreliable and unresponsive vendor only adds unnecessary risk and frustration. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! I went to Andrea's because it was the closest to where I live even though it was still a 30 min drive. She also had very good reviews at the time. However it has been over a month and my employer has not received my live scan. On the doj website it says "applicant transaction not found" and I have called multiple times, left a text message, and gone to her office twice in one day and have not been able to get in contact with her. It should not be impossible for any one of her customers to get in contact with her. Especially if we are paying her to complete a service. read more

Andrea did my livescan for board of nursing on 11/5/25. When I sent my application on 12/9 I later received an email on 12/12 from BRN that they never received fingerprints and that although I could proceed to take the board exam, my license would be withheld until fingerprints were received and reviewed. This was reported to the institution I attended. It also affected the rest of the nursing cohort of 25 people. And apparently this is the second time this has happened with a nursing cohort. Apparently she is not answering calls or text messages. I had to go to another vendor asap to prevent further delay. In her bio she talks about preventing operator error and this was a huge error she made. read more
