This was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Older lady with short hair needs to retire and take a chill pill. I went in to ship a few items for my merch business and I couldn't believe her tone and how rude she was right from the start. We were the only customers on a Saturday afternoon, It was dead and she was rushing me like she had better things to do. She gave me crap about a wrong address and when I wanted to give the right address she gave me a disgusted look. I'm thinking this is your job and it's only taking 2 seconds of your time, wtf is your problem. We had plans to partner with mail bag as our merch business is growing. I definitely do not want to have to go back to that terrible attitude and customer service. When we walk in, we are greeted with a friendly Hi, how's your day going? If it is busy, they acknowledge that they see we are here and they will get to us as soon as they finish. If we don't have our key and they see that we are driving up(they know our car), they have our mail in hand ready to give to us. On down time for them they take time to chat with us, which is cool.
