I had Matt B (Nephew of Jim - Owner) at my home yesterday to service our 8 zone system as our Rain Bird System had an error code. He came out assessed we had a dead solenoid, as well as some heads that required service, and a necessary new pipe and irrigation installation. His initial estimate was on the high end but he later explained to me that it was secondary to potential increase in time (charge by hour), should they encounter tree roots, etc. Made sense to me. The eventual price was quite competitive. I had already written a check for the high end estimate, and gave it to him. When he finished the job, he actually handed it back to me telling me the bill would be ~ $100 less! He could have totally kept the extra money and I would not have known differently. Talk about fairness and honesty! To say we are thrilled with this company is an understatement. Thank you Agape!

However, after his visit, the next day, I had water all over the yard. In looking at the cause, my neighbor, who helped me fix it, said it was due to someone cutting the underground water pipe. It looked like a shovel had cut into it. My neighbor replaced the damage pipe, and I paid him for the repair. When I called Steve, he said he would come by later. When I did not hear from him, I tried reaching him a few other times, and never heard from him again. I wanted him to at least reimburse me for the service I paid for and check the system to see if there were any other related problems. Furthermore, he planted a crape myrtle tree that has survived, but has not flourished like my other trees have. I will never trust him to work in my yard again and discourage others from doing so.

Duane Goodwin replaced all my sprinkler heads (44) with new Hunter sprinkler heads. The cheap heads…read moreinstalled by the builder were inadequate and improperly installed. Before starting the job, he did a very thorough system inspection (each sprinkler) and then quoted for all or a portion of the work to be done. He is very knowledgeable and now I have 100% coverage and no longer waste water. The sprinkler heads are raised in the beds to allow proper coverage. The lawn sprinklers pop up to the proper level to ensure full coverage. Labor and parts were reasonable and just as quoted. He arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner.
