While my photos are nice, they are nothing near to what she had promised me, which was photos all around our venue, different backdrops etc It was all pretty uniformed and VERY RUSHED as other have said, and you felt like cattle for sure. She also somehow got no shots of me looking straight ahead during my walk down the aisle - other people did but I swear to the heavens above she punished me for the small mistake of typing the wrong room number in a text on a very crazy morning of my life. He arrived 15 minutes late to our wedding ceremony. When we received our photos, many were heavily overedited with unnatural tanning, excessive retouching, and obvious editing errors, including guests' body parts appearing to be missing. Just two days after we received the gallery, I requested the original, unedited photos. I was shocked to be told they had already been deleted to make room for a new client. Instead of taking responsibility, he claimed it was my responsibility to have requested the originals in advance. Deleting a client's wedding photos within days is, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional. I also asked for a short complimentary photo session to help make up for the disappointing results, but that request was denied. Our wedding photos are memories we can never recreate, and we are left with images that do not accurately reflect one of the most important days of our lives. Learn from my mistake, consider someone else.
