We have the…read morepleasure of staying at one of the housing units in Redwood City through my husband's job, Carbon Inc, and the process from start to finish has been so easy. We relocated to Silicon Valley from Los Angeles for work. While we were stressed about the overall moving process, housing was thankfully NOT one of the issues, all because Carbon + Cal Corp Housing graciously took care of our living situation. This allowed us extra time to find more permanent housing and gave peace of mind in taking the job offer--one less thing to worry about. We mainly worked with Ray, who sent us very thorough instructions for the move-in process. Upon arrival, the unit was impeccably clean, fully furnished, cozy, and comfortable. We were impressed with the furniture selection, comfy bedding, and welcome gifts. Additionally, the technical amenities (TVs, xfinity WiFi, Alexa, etc.) prove that Cal Corp Housing doesn't cheap out on making you feel right at home. It's been such a comfortable change that we find ourselves not really missing our previous home in Los Angeles the way we thought we would. Cal Corp is extremely quick to respond to emails and any kind of maintenance. They are always courteous, kind, and polite, and have honestly been one of the highlights for us moving to the Bay Area. We are grateful to Carbon, Cal Corp Housing, and Ray + his team for making this move as easy as possible. Highly recommend as tenants!

I've been in such binds before referring clients to this neck of the woods because of rate, availability and quality. It's such a relief to know I have a partner I can truly rely on for quick and efficient service, all with a smile. Not to mention the apartments are STUNNING!

The complex itself seemed well-maintained. There is a clubhouse with a pool and hot tub, a rentable party space, although a bit dated (stuck in the early 2000 Old World) it is clean. This gated community is perfect for young families with kids as your kids will find friends to play within the neighborhood. It is gated so safer to walk around and normally quiet. It is also a block away from Fremont Central Park where you can go boating in the summer in Lake Elizabeth, play in their new and huge play structures, play tennis, play soccer, enjoy nature walks and if you feel like it, go to their Waterpark adjacent to the park. The elementary school is also good being in Fremont and location is just perfect as you are in the middle of the bay area. Easy commute to Santa Clara, Palo Alto and San Francisco if both parents are working. There is also a bart station a few blocks away. It is within walking distance to the yearly Arts and Wine festival where there are loads of fun activities for kids and even bounce houses. If you are getting older, maybe not a good fit for you as this is a tri-level community townhomes. Also, if you do not like kids, just be aware that there will be young kids playing as there are a lot of young families here as the pricepoint is just a good fit for Silicon Valley techies starting out. Normally, I see residents move out when their kids get older and they need more space. A few of my neighbors moved to Mission area and Ardenwood as their family gets bigger. I think this is just perfect starter home community. There are nice big trees and green spaces. The price is affordable and there are great schools around, great park and really close to everything like Target, Costco and CVS. Also neighbors with young kids are pleasant and they watch out for each other.
