This is the third time the maintenance services have pruned a tree, and I've had to pick up their trash (branches that fall into my apartment). Since the management change, the service quality has significantly declined. The office is rarely accessible. There is also no fixed lunch schedule anymore. The manager leaves for hours at random times, which makes it nearly impossible for residents to get assistance. The previous management had clear timings and provided prompt and professional support, but that standard is completely gone now. Customer service has been very poor. Work orders remain pending even after multiple reminders. Requests are ignored and residents are left waiting with no updates or communication. The most serious incident involved the laundry machines. My clothes were left inside the dryer and the machine overheated and burned them. I immediately emailed the leasing manager explaining the situation. She did not respond the entire day. I emailed again the next day and still received no response. I then went to the office where she was inside with the door locked. After knocking several times she finally opened the door. When I explained the issue she said Jose checked the email (but didn't replied to that email) and told me to speak with him instead. After I explained everything to Jose, he simply said it was not their responsibility and that I should contact the laundry company myself. I asked for help since the machine is on their property, but he only opened the dryer door and refused to assist further. My expensive clothes were destroyed and management showed no concern, no follow-up, and no accountability. And the previous paint job was SH*T! So many coats of paint on the door hinges that you couldn't even see the hinge screws!! I arrived around 1:12 AM and had to wait at the entrance because I had not been provided a gate code. I was actively trying to contact the resident, who eventually remotely opened the gate for me around 1:15 AM. However, the towing paperwork says my vehicle was already "observed" and dispatched for towing at 1:14 AM. I completed the delivery and returned within only a few minutes. My vehicle was already hooked up, but the tow truck was still inside the apartment property. My husband and I immediately approached the tow operators, explained why we were there, and asked them to release my vehicle. I called 911 at 1:22 AM while this was happening. The towing company's own paperwork says my vehicle was not "removed" until 1:24 AM. Instead of releasing the vehicle, the operators continued towing it through the gate. They stopped again outside the property, where the situation became even more confrontational. I was upset and trying to explain what had happened, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. One of the tow workers made a disrespectful comment to my husband about me needing to "watch my mouth," and I was ultimately told that I would not be getting my car back and would have to pick it up from the tow yard. I felt like I was being treated as if I had done something malicious when I was simply there to complete a delivery and leave. I was then left stranded around 2 AM in an unfamiliar area with my purse and wallet still inside my vehicle. I only had my phone with me and had to walk approximately 20 minutes to the tow yard, where I had to pay hundreds of dollars to retrieve my car. The entire experience was stressful, upsetting, and handled in a way that I believe was unnecessarily harsh. What makes this even more concerning is that after looking into this property, I found other public complaints involving parking enforcement and towing. I am clearly not the only person who has raised concerns about towing here, including complaints from residents and visitors. That raises serious questions about how parking enforcement is being handled at this property. I understand that apartment communities need parking rules. What I do not understand is a system where a visitor or delivery driver can apparently be flagged for towing within minutes, before they have even finished gaining access to the property, and then have their vehicle taken despite returning and asking for it back. I have preserved my towing paperwork, timestamps, 911 call record, delivery records, and witness information, and I have formally requested that both the apartment management and towing company preserve any surveillance footage, gate records, towing authorization records, photographs, and communications related to this incident. Anyone visiting or delivering to this property should be extremely careful about where they stop or park, even for a very short period of time. Management should seriously review how towing is being handled here and whether residents, guests, and delivery drivers are being given clear and reasonable notice.

On our move-out form, we also specifically checked the option to be PRESENT during the pre-move out inspection. I was present at the scheduled inspection time (1pm), but nobody showed up for the inspection. I left for 30 minutes to run a quick errand around 2p, and once I returned, still nobody came by. I called the leasing office, who told me that they sent someone and inspection was completed while I was away, despite our specific request to be present. -This is not a knock on the maintenance team, who just does what management tells them to do. The maintenance team is actually very reasonable and quick with their response time to maintenance requests. IMPORTANT UPDATE: As stated earlier in the review, we were told unit J308 would not be made available again until the pest issue was fully resolved. On our move-out date in early Dec 2025, we found 5 new active/live larvae underneath the stove area. Just as a heads up for any prospective tenants, in case J308 is offered to you any time soon.

Overall, there is a clear lack of follow-through and accountability. Commitments are made but not upheld, and residents are left to repeatedly chase basic maintenance requests. While the property itself looks nice, the management experience has been frustrating and disappointing, along with the constant parcel thieves and homeless roaming around in the community. They are very prompt with the service requests as well as any requests regarding my tenancy. As long as you follow the policy and guidelines in your lease, there shouldn't be any issues at all. The property is clean, and management is really good about notifying the tenants in advance if maintenance needs to check fire alarms/plumbing in each unit. Overall, the property is on the older side but with the renovations it makes the space quite nice. The only downside is that guests cannot park in our parking lot as they would get towed so it's street parking for them which can be challenging sometimes since the area is predominantly apartment buildings.
