From the beginning, Victoria was highly responsive, answered all my questions and even set up a call to walk through shoot day so we were prepared. She has a detailed preparation guide on her website which was extremely helpful as a new parent. The photo shoot took place at her in-home studio and it was a very comfortable, relaxing environment with everything you need for a newborn photo shoot. She has an abundance of props and the cutest outfits and accessories to choose from for each photo. Unfortunately, my baby wasn't happy this day, but despite the chaos Victoria was so kind and understanding and she worked her magic (and patience) to capture some amazing photos of our little one in between all the fussiness. She really went out of her way and even extended the session time to allow us time to calm, feed and change our baby so we could get the best photos possible. She was also so meticulous and detailed - from the props to the lighting to the baby, she made sure each element was in just the right position and orientation for the best photos. Technical issues will be told but by the look of it "technical issues" were around 2 years ago (look below on reviews) I was told my "missing" images were found of a total of 267 images. Received 139 and most if not all were duplicates. I don't have any images of cake cutting I don't have any images of father daughter dance Photographer was there an extra hour than scheduled but took an hour lunch to eat our food. :/ My wedding was 10/30/21 Family weddings done by them were uploaded on her instagram before i ever received any sneak peaks. Contract states i would receive sneak peaks within 72 hours, i didnt receive any until 4 months later. Contract sates i would receive all images within 8 weeks i still dont have the complete images. READ YOUR CONTRACTS LADIES!!! Business Owner texted me saying they had a Sh*tty year in 2021 and they dropped the ball. We are taking business to small claims, once a contract is breached you are entitled to full refund! If this is you as well, pray to god you didn't pass the 6 months.

My wedding was in 2021 and I've only received the photos. i had reached out to her idk how many times and once I finally got a response from her she had mentioned she wasn't really doing the package deals. Mind you me and her had spoken about the package I was booking her for. She agreed to it. That's what was on our contract. Thats what I paid her for. its been extremely difficult dealing with her. I'm a very patient and understanding person. I had told her if I didn't receive the additional items I would file small claims. She sent a big paragraph saying I pretty much wouldn't have a case. She said her mom was going to be delivering my additional items. I provided her with my home address and still nothing. I sent her a text message last year with my new phone number and she never responded to me. I also have proof of everything. I definitely regret booking with her. And the quality of the photos were not good at all. I feel like she picks and chooses on how good she does with her clients, and with me was the worst experience.

She knew exactly how to swaddle and pose him, while Steve was a true artisan with the camera. Steve captured the most expressive shots at all the right angles. Beverly and Steve were also very receptive to our requests! My husband is a rock climber, so we wanted to create a couple of newborn pictures that included his climbing gear. Beverly made it come together so beautifully! Steve and Beverly were also patient and kind about newborn messes (spraying during diaper changes, spit up after feeding, etc.). They've seen it all (they are parents themselves), and the mess doesn't faze them. In addition, they gave some great advice to ease my anxieties as a first-time mom. We are so pleased with our experience here. The final photos are beautiful and we'll cherish them for a lifetime. I can't recommend this studio highly enough.

They gave us plenty of time to settle and feed the baby, and even when she spit up all over their couch, they were nothing but kind and reassuring. As any parent knows, getting a toddler and a newborn to cooperate is no small task, but they made it feel easy. The final photos were beautiful and captured our kids perfectly.
