I was so happy with my dentist at Keystone Dental. I was that person terrified of going to the…read moredentist until I became a patient here Unfortunately my happy experience was short lived. My father in law was in Florida dying of Cancer. I called explaining I needed to cancel an upcoming appointment as I needed to fly to Florida immediately to make arrangements to bring him home to PA. The next week I called again explaining I was now driving back down to Florida to drive him back as he was to sick for a flight. When I returned home I brought back with me Covid and once more called to reschedule. A week later I received in the mail a letter telling me they no longer wanted me as a patient. I've since called 3 times apologizing and begging them to have a heart and consider the circumstances. Not only did they rudely say absolutely no way would they take me back but had no sympathy for my dying father in law. He has since passed away. Thinking about it, maybe that's not the kind of dentist I would want

Nice clean atmosphere and office staff are also really kind. Only complaint I have is lack of privacy from other patients. I'm used to having my own room. Cabinets block off each patient, but still.

No x-rays, no check-up just what's wrong and show me where it hurts!! Said she had a cavity and filled the tooth!! Two days later we're back at her regular dentist because she's still in pain. He apparently filled the tooth and put the filling too close to a nerve...not to mention he never even used numbing gel before he injected her gums...you're dealing with a child for goodness sake!!!!. Be forewarned before going there service sucks and the dentist obviously has no regard for his patients!!! One star is being generous!
