Dr. Roush is a fantastic person and dentist! If you are nervous about dentists like I am, I would…read moredefinitely tell you to come to this office! I came to him after some recommendations, because I was looking for a dentist that could help me with a residual problem from my last dentist. I had fillings done 6 months ago, and since then I had been back to them over and over to fix pain in my teeth and jaw. They told me it was probably that my teeth are sensitive, to try a different toothpaste. Nothing helped so I just stopped going back. But finally after a very long time of not being able to chew on one side of my mouth I was done! I asked friends for recommendations and Dr. Roush was one of them. I told him everything I was feeling, and what I felt might be the problem. He listened very closely, and tested a few different things to make sure he found the correct teeth that were having the problem. He verified that my bite was off, and worked very carefully to shape my teeth correctly so they fit together right. He even went the extra mile and cleaned up blobs of material still stuck to my teeth in weird places from the dentist that did my fillings. He also smoothed out the rough surfaces on my teeth that they didn't bother to fix as well. My tooth and jaw pain has already improved after one visit! I am so happy, and so relieved! Dr. Roush is very kind, attentive, careful, sincere, skilled, and gentle. I would give him more stars if I could. Thank you Dr. Roush!

My original review (not on Yelp) was extremely positive and favorable. My opinion of the level of…read morecompetence and expertise of Dr. Cantwell and assistants has not changed. This follow up review is being written after receiving the bill for the work that was performed. During my initial visit when x-rays were taken and future procedures were discussed, the lady that spoke to me about the billing said that she had determined that my insurance would cover all of the dental work to be done and that "good news", I wouldn't have to spend a dime out of my pocket. After receiving a bill for $650.00 I called the dental office and that's when the back pedaling started. I was not told about the possibility of charges that might not be covered but that I was responsible for investigating the coverage (valid point if I hadn't been told that my coverage had already been investigated) and that I should have read some policies that are on their wall somewhere. In conclusion, if subsequent charges are of no concern to you after billing discussions, then by all means visit Copper Ridge. If you are like me and don't like surprise bills after being assured that you will have no money due at the end of services, then Caveat Emptor.

Update 8/5/20 I had…read moremy first visit with Dr. Rigby this last week. First off I have positional vertigo triggered by changing of my head movement with respect to gravity. Dr. Rigby was unaware of this, and I had an episode that came on suddenly while he was working on my teeth. He was so attentive to me as his patient he knew right away something was wrong, and he stopped to make sure I was okay. I advised him of what was happening to me, and I can't stress how compassionate and helpful he was the rest of the procedure. He made sure to explain to me when I would feel a vibration, what I was feeling and when I would feel it. He was very accommodating to the different position my head needed to be in to reduce the room spinning and nausea. I also can't say enough about the dental assistant that was there helping. She looked for Dramamine for me, because I mentioned that helps me (unfortunately they did not have any), and she gave me a blanket to make me feel more comfortable. They reduced the stress level, and made me comfortable enough to make it through the entire visit. I had all the work I was there to get done finished in that visit, and I am very grateful for them. Thank you so much Rigby Dental ****************** Consultation Visit: I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rigby and the rest of his team. I was explained what they felt would work for me and gave me options depending on what would be the least expensive. The front office explained the costs in detail before I decided what procedures I wanted to go forward with so there wouldn't be any financial surprises. I am excited to go back and get all my work done, and I have never said the word "excited" and "Dentist" in the same paragraph before!! Hahah!!

My wife and I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Rigby and his office…read more In 2023, my wife suffered a workplace injury that resulted in the loss of two teeth. She required extractions, implants, and ultimately crowns--a process that understandably required multiple appointments over an extended period of time. Throughout her treatment, Dr. Rigby's bedside manner was noticeably lacking. On one occasion, my wife was left sitting in the dental chair for more than an hour after being numbed and prepared for treatment. No apology was offered, nor was there any effort made to communicate the delay or check on her well-being. The office staff also appeared consistently disorganized when handling her case. Because this treatment stemmed from a workplace injury, it was being processed through Workers' Compensation rather than personal insurance. Despite this being clearly established from the beginning, we found ourselves having to remind the staff at nearly every appointment that the claim was work-related and should not be billed to us personally. What is most frustrating is that years later, we were sent to collections over a disputed balance of $294.17 and subsequently served with a lawsuit. Considering the extensive treatment history and the repeated billing confusion created by the office, it was shocking to see such an aggressive approach taken over such a small amount. Dishearteningly, throughout this experience my wife and I often felt unwelcome and disrespected. As a married lesbian couple and members of the LGBTQ+ community, we left multiple interactions feeling that we were not afforded the same courtesy, compassion, and professionalism that every patient deserves. Whether intentional or not, the overall tone and treatment we received created an environment that felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Healthcare settings should be places where all patients feel safe, supported, and valued, regardless of sexual orientation or family structure. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling marginalized rather than cared for
