I also really like Jan, the nurse practioner he is partnered with. She does a great job in diagnosing problems and coming up with a plan of treatment. There have been a couple of times where something has come up, and even though Dr. Allen was booked, they were able to get me in to see Jan and she always does a wonderful job.

Marla has a special way of not making you feel judged as you share your reason to be there. I have also found through experience that if you cannot truly be completely honest with your counselor no amount of counseling will help. With Marla I can be honest which can be hard when you have to share yourself not in the best light sometimes. I feel safe in opening up with Marla and know that she absolutely has my best interests at heart. You leave her office feeling cared for but also feeling accomplished that you are working on yourself & knocking out your problems. I have made great strides by having the help of Marla in my life.
