I have been employed at TheraTree since February 2020, first as the Receptionist/Scheduler and currently as the Intake Coordinator. Even during a challenging year of the COVID pandemic and many school cancellations, I can not say enough good things about my time at TheraTree! What impresses me the most is the dedication of my co-workers to the children who seek services at TheraTree. Each and every staff member, be they administrative or clinical, is 100% dedicated to the successes of the kiddos. This is apparent in both attitudes and actions of every employee on staff. Since becoming employed at TheraTree I have personally gotten to witness the growth of families and the successes of children - this makes coming to work every day an exciting adventure! We do what we do because we are dedicated to nurturing the minds, bodies and spirits of our patients. Each child that walks through the doors at TheraTree is an opportunity to improve a life and improve a family - who wouldn't be excited about that being what you do at "work" every day? Not to mention all of the adorable smiling faces that we get to see each day. For the first time in a long, long time I look forward to reporting to work each and every day. The company will present this as a wonderful place to work. There are some great staff that work there, unfortunately very few stay longer than 6 months. The pay for therapists is garbage. They will tell you that you can make bonuses every week, but the production bonuses are nearly impossible to hit and expect you to post on social media about how great the company is to earn bonus points. They will ask for feedback, but refuse to make any changes, only "neutral acknowledgements." Before considering a job here, research L.Ron Hubbard and Scientology, as everything you do will follow his ideals. TheraTree is an AMAZING clinic. It is brand new and has state-of-the art equipment, such as a therapy gym with rock climbing wall, ball pit, swings, balance beams, trampoline, and more. They also have a full kitchen area for occupational therapists to assist older children with meal prep, chores, and laundry tasks. All of the therapists at TheraTree are knowledgable, helpful, and kind. They have implemented a COVID screening procedure and are diligent with their PPE. If you aren't comfortable coming to the clinic because of the pandemic, they even offer telehealth! If you're looking for a pediatric therapy clinic- Look no further! read more

TheraTree is such a wonderful place that has allowed many opportunities for me to grow as a therapist! The staff are very welcoming and friendly to staff and families. The therapists and client service staff all work hard to help children and families grow and develop skills needed for everyday life. As an Occupational Therapist I strive to work with these families to achieve these goals. I also have an autism certificate that has allowed me to obtain additional knowledge and skills in assessing and treating kids with Autism Spectrum Disorders. I have had many successes at TheraTree and there are so many opportunities to help clients. We have had successes in occupational therapy with expanding diets and increasing nutritional intake. We also have improved many clients' abilities to move their body, be aware of their emotions, increase daily independence, and modulate. We have a great team of dedicated professionals here at TheraTree. ABA Therapy is new to TheraTree, but with experienced BCBA's and RBT's, it is taking off! Many children and families are seeing much progress and we couldn't be happier. With Occupational Therapy, Speech, and ABA collaborating, we make a great team of people with different skills, but the same purpose. No paid holidays and hourly pay could improve, but I believe this will come as our company grows! read more

We are able to help with children and young adults with autism, sensory needs, social skills, and so much more!
