My friend, Valerie Juzwiak, recommended Dr. Beckwith, as she had gone to school with him. I called Cornerstone and spoke with a knowledgeable, compassionate woman, Linda. I explained what was happening and how upset I was about the situation; she quickly arranged for a consult with Dr. Beckwith. After scans and xrays, it was worse than expected; both bridges had failed, left and right sides, and I had a sinus infection. Dr. Beckwith had more of an idea of what he was dealing with and developed an agreeable action plan. I spoke with Linda numerous times about my anxiety and hesitation about having such a procedure and how this was so life-changing. Linda was very understanding, empathic, and caring; she took me thru all the steps I should expect and things I didn't even think of and answered all my questions. Dentistry has changed, it's not what you might remember, and this office is state-of-the-art. On the day of surgery, Linda, Lisa, and Dr. Beckwith ensured that I was comfortable and not experiencing pain. The procedures took over seven hours; it was a lot of work. I was recommended to Drs Jacob by a family member, and I couldn't have been happier with the visit. The waiting room is comfortably appointed with amenities, although I didn't get to stay there long, as I was ushered into the procedure room exactly at my appointed time. Dr. Joseph Jacob took the ex rays and pointed out the problem areas that needed addressing right away, and took immediate action when I thought I was just coming in for ex rays, as he found an abscess on a root base on an unsalvageable tooth that needed removing. Now I'm a big guy and resistant to Novocain, but he made sure I was numb and comfortable before working, never rushing and checking in frequently if I winced to see if I needed more Novocain. The procedure was long and complicated, and he took the extra time after the (painless) extraction to remove the infected tissue from the bone, saving the healthy bone matter, then suturing everything to prevent that horrible post-extraction feeling of dry socket. Truly a skilled oral surgeon. His manner all throughout was friendly, professional, and you could tell he knew exactly what needed to be done and had the experience to do it correctly. When in the hands of a healthcare professional it's important to have that level of trust in the competency of the doctor, and Dr Joseph didn't disappoint! My care plan requires future visits, and I'm confident that I'll receive the best care possible from him and his team.

I went to have a Crown replacement.First they have all my anssurance information.they check me and I was waiting for doctor Eugene Isola to come discuss my health plan with me when he get into the room he ask me who's gonna pay for the service his gonna provide me.I was in shock when he said that,but I stayed calm and I respond to him my assurance will pay for it and if my assurance doesn't pay I will pay for it, so eventually my assurance paid for a part and I paid for the rest, so the day I went to have the crown installed so what he did he put a post on top of the previous post I had on the tooth and he cracked my tooth through my bones even he knew he cracked my tooth he still installed the crown and he send me home with my gum bleeding and he didn't take any xray to make sure the crown have been place correctly to my natural tooth and he didn't check my bite. He installed the crown in 5 minutes, later that day after the anesthesia is gone my head my face was pounding I was on so much pain I called the office the next day his assistant told me the doctor said take a advil I don't have to come to the office. please black people stay away from this place.
