While some people don't like to pay the realtor/agency commission, my husband and I have repeatedly said that it was well worth the money to have Toni and her team in our corner. Toni was able to help us evaluate what were reasonable requests during our sale and purchase and where we may have room to negotiate. I would recommend working with The Gillig Group for any serious home seller and/or purchaser. Toni is extremely knowledgeable about the Nashville real estate market and the surrounding areas. Because of this, she was able to help us sell our home and make decisions surrounding the sale that came with years of experience, personalized care, and professionalism. I could go on about how they went above and beyond in their service, but I will leave it at that for now.

Our Realtor was Jackie Wooten, who proved herself to be both knowledgeable and professional. She went the extra mile with us...successfully locating a property that pleased both mom and dad (who were making the purchase) and our daughter (who would be living in the property). She showed us a wide variety of locations and styles within our stated budget and provided valuable feedback on the quality of each property as an investment. She also identified for us a professional inspector who provided information that cinched the deal. It would be difficult to imagine a company and realtor that could provide more exceptional service.

Title: Keller Williams' Realtor Agent Vickie Waller Kept My Money and Refuses to Give It Back!…read more Pros: Most every company that I've dealt with has always had some pros; regrettably, though, because of the actions of Keller Williams' Realtor Agent Vickie Waller of Spring Hill, Tn., I will not be making a purchase through Keller Williams' Realty; therefore, I will never learn about any of their pros. Cons: Presently, I don't know of any cons, excepting that when I first met and talked with Keller Williams' Realtor Ms Waller, I was seriously considering making an offer through Keller Williams Realty to purchase a home in the Franklin, Tn, vicinity; however, after going to a yard sale in Spring Hill, Tn., at the home of and giving Ms Vickie $25.00 to purchase a refrigerator and then, afterwards, her blatantly refusing to either give me the refrigerator or to return the $25.00 when I went back two days later to pick up the refrigerator has made me change my mind about using Keller Williams Realty. I don't know if Keller Williams Realty actually sponsored the yard sale or whether it was solely an enterprise of Keller Williams' Realtor agent Vickie Waller; but I do know that Keller Williams Realtor agent Vickie Waller's refusal to give me the refrigerator or to return the $25.00 that I paid her for the refrigerator has made me decide against purchasing a home through Keller Williams' Realty. Advice to Management: Keller Williams' Realtor Ms Vickie Waller's refusal to either give me the refrigerator or to return the $25.00 that I paid to her for the refrigerator has made me decide against using Keller Williams Realty to purchase real property in the Franklin, Tn., area and simply to donate the $25.00 to Ms Waller. She had our home not only sold in 2 days, but we got 5 offers because she knows how to properly market a home! Every detail was managed and overseen by her. I count myself not easy to work with (I stress a lot and ask a lot of questions), but Jennifer was so patient and understanding. None of this came as a surprise to me as I had met her while helping a very pregnant friend of mine pack while her husband had just been put in the hospital for an illness. Jennifer was there on the front lines as their realtor packing and helping take out trash just before closing.
