I have been a patient for years and always have a very positive office experience with prompt responses about upcoming appointments. The type of care that is provided is specifically designed for clients and full one-on-one session(s) are the standard-compared to other types of PT where instructions are given but then left sitting to "exercise" independently while the PT attends to other clients. They treated…read moreme with personable attention and made sure I stayed with their recommended exercises and not my variations of the correct exercises. :) Over several months I was instructed to increase the variety of exercises and duration as appropriate. I was encouraged to make notes how to do the stretches and do them on my own. After the first weeks, they suggested to come back only weekly which saved me on the co-pays. Nothing was helping my pain & was told that surgery is the only way to relieve it. Nothing was helping my pain. About 2 1/2 years ago Chris Nentarz did an assessment to determine what therapeutic methods would be best for my situation. Since I've been working with Chris Nentarz & Matt Veronica using manual therapy & exercise, I can proudly say that I'm in a much better place both with being pain free and a much better mindset !!! In my opinion, I feel that Chris can pinpoint a physical problem quicker than most physicians (this has been my experience). Chris & Matt both use there expertise in body & movement in the most humbling & helpful manner possible to ensure that there clients are "MOVING WELL" & "FEELING WELL"...Both have a plethora of knowledge well beyond there years. He is controlling, threatening and prejudice. The office experience was great until he hired a new scheduler, that's only been there 9 months vs. my 3 years of being a patient with ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS! For aqua therapy he doesn't change the water as frequently as it should be done. I've found it filthy, with a ring around it, patch work at the bottom of the pool which makes it uncomfortable and floating insects sometimes. Depending on your disability, Ive witness derogatory comments, slow service and misunderstood patients. I do not recommend this facility period. There is now an ACTIVE COMPLAINT BEING PLACED AGAINST them.
