I wrote him a 5 star review and then followed up several times regarding the stairwell. Between leaving several messages on his personal phone and Yelp, I still never received a call back about the stairwell. If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company. I am loyal to small businesses in my community and I took the time to give this company the benefit of the doubt but I guess my job wasn't profitable enough, but he got his 5 star review.

Penny and Brian gave us detailed estimates of the work to be done in each room. Brian and his crew took their time to spackle and prepare each area. The painting was precise and our rooms now look fresh and new. They also had the challenging job of painting our entrance hall with a high ceiling and walls that extend to the second story. Joe, the project manager oversaw everything to make sure it was just how we wanted it. He and his crew were always happy to answer questions and explain the progress. Very responsive to calls or texts while work was going on. They completed two bathrooms for us- from demolition to completion- in just about three weeks. And the finished product? You could not recognize the bathrooms. We are over the moon with how they turned out and our guests are blown away. They matched what we had envisioned. Attaching some before and after pics so you can see the transformation. This included moving toilets, expanding a shower, replacing the tub with a larger one, custom materials, etc. and they still manage to do everything in a speedy, efficient way. Maybe the best part about Posh- not only did they offer a great price (their quote was better than 4 other companies who did not have nearly as good reviews), but they stood by their work! Too many times you hear of companies that ignore customers as soon as they get paid. Posh recognized some countertop was cut incorrectly before we could even view it and decided to replace it because it did not meet their standard of excellence. They even came back to our house to remove and replace a single tile because it had a mark on it we wanted removed. They care about the work they do and it shows. I cannot recommend them enough, and when we are ready to redo our kitchen, they are our first, and probably only, call.
