Even when I was stuck, she refused to reschedule and even though my appointment was pain in full in advance as she demanded. Dr. Hurst abandon patient care and scolds patients like children. (I'm a senior, respectful and responsible.) Unless someone enjoys finger wagging and paying all money in advance (she does not accept insurance) I would suggest finding a more compassionate professional who cares about clients safety and welfare as much as lining their own pockets. This dentist also lied, saying no one else cancelled when in fact the office staff said they did. Others were with me, listening.. as I was stuck in a snow storm, groveling to reschedule., practically in tears. Behind the smile, this dentist is a Bully. Most decent providers and people make safety in a dangerous storm a priority. Not Dr. Hurst.

Her office is super understanding if you have an emergency or can't make one appt. I Know this for a fact. My father died while I was in the parking lot ready to go in for my appt. All the office cared about was that I was okay. I just hate to see one bad review for someone that is so good. Seems like there must have been extenuating circumstances. Check her reviews out because she is a 5 star all the way!! You'll be so glad you have her as your dentist! No fear and no pain just super relaxing!
