I really enjoy the technicians there especially Bree, she does a wonderful job making my teeth feel clean and healthy. Kneib Dentistry is above the learning curve as they use texting to confirm appointments and to send appointment reminders, I really wish more businesses would do this. So I planned to go back to my regular dentist for a second opinion. When I went back to her office for my next Invisalign, they put me in a chair and proceeded to try to "treat" my cavities. I said, you don't take my insurance, I'm here for Invisalign but was startled they tried to do that when I clearly told them I wasn't interested. By the way... 12 years later, still no cavities. My actual dentist laughed at the fact she said I had cavities. She also berated at least 2 staff members and embarrassed them in front of me to the point I felt ashamed for not stepping in and standing up for them.
