When I got through to him 2 hours after he was supposed to show up, he neither seemed like he was aware that he was coming nor very apologetic. He then said he would only be able to get there 3-4 hours later, which would mean that he couldn't finish the job. When I mentioned that we had ordered in the appliances and taken off work for this appointment, his only comment was, if you want me to come, you need to get off the phone. He ended his delightful service by hanging up on me. DO NOT USE THIS GUY! Worst service I've ever had from a handyman and even worse you can't trust him to show up!

He was polite, friendly and seemed knowledgable, however he did little more than check the flow rate, give the insides a quick clean and tell me I needed a new boiler, then charge me over 100 pounds for the pleasure. I shall update this review once I have had a second opinion on the boiler situation! I was aware of the hourly rate beforehand. EDIT I do need a new boiler. they are comming to fit one soon, have added another star for their efficient diagnosis... will review again once they have fitted the new boiler.

He fixed a new pump for our loft conversion shower, fixed two toilets which hadn't been flushing properly, put a new set of taps on our bath and fitted a new shower. All done at great speed to an excellent standard and afterwards there was no evidence of him having been there - everything spotless. And to top it all off his prices are incredibly reasonable. We can't recommend George and his team enough. Just hope he doesn't become too popular and we can get him for future work as he is too busy!

There's nothing worse than at this time of year having your heating break down…read moreand sure enough after 9 years of sterling (and sometimes not so sterling) service our Biasi (don't EVER buy one) boiler conked out. So we got these guys to fit a new one (Potterton as you asked). The chap who came was Liam and boy did he work hard. We got a new boiler and one new rad and he was brilliant. Very clean, thorough, timely and helpful, everything was explained, demonstrated, and tested until he was happy and now we have a nice warm cosy flat again. If you can get hold of these guys do but they are always very busy, but are excellent workers and amazing value - so to LH electrical and Plumbing and big thumbs up and grateful thanks ;)
