We have purchased and sold a number of single-family homes in the South Bay over the past 35 years. Most recently, we sold a 4-bedroom home in Los Gatos with Andy and Yuriko--and they were, by far, the most effective real estate team I have ever worked with. Their value-added contributions were nothing short of remarkable. Based on a local market analysis and home inspection, they proposed a comprehensive prep and remodel strategy. This included a detailed item-by-item scope of work, ROI assessments, and very specific design recommendations. We chose to trust their judgment completely.
