Update - I had spilled an entire bottle of red NyQuil and it looked great when they left, but I later learned that carpet dries from the bottom up. So, it came back after a few days. I called them back and absolutely no hassle, they came back and fixed it. It looks great. However, don't spill NyQuil on carpets.

After the initial cleaning, there were still visible spots remaining and a strong urine-like odor that had not been resolved. We contacted the company, and to their credit, they agreed to a follow-up visit. The purpose of rescheduling was so I could meet the technician on site, point out the remaining problem areas, and review the results together. That never happened. There was confusion regarding the technician's arrival time, and by the time I arrived at the property, no one was there. As a result, I never had the opportunity to walk through the concerns with the technician. I followed up with the office asking what areas had been treated and requested the technician's notes so I could understand what work had been performed. Rather than addressing those questions, I was simply told the follow-up was a "courtesy" and that there was nothing more they could do. I understand that not every stain can be removed, especially on an older carpet. My disappointment is with the lack of communication and the way my concerns were handled after the service. I expected a discussion about what was and wasn't possible--not to have my questions dismissed. Based on this experience, I would not use their services again.
