Carpet was expected to be received in a week and was told it wasn't in the system so he'd call the warehouse and would get back to me the next day, I had to call them. I had gone into the store, asked for the best carpet, didn't haggle just paid the deposit and went on my vacation. After vacation, I stopped in to their shop to pay the balance only to find they were trying to charge me in excess of $100 that was not in our contract for some trumped up add-on.Since I had a contract , I of course did not fall for it. When we came home , the carpet was installed but there were 2 issues. The wall in the master bedroom had been damaged and one of the doors on a custom built cabinet had been damaged in 2 places and someone had "glued the shards" back on to the door in a failed attempt to make it look good. I contacted the owner "Wes" and after his investigation, the installers denied doing any damage and that was that. Wes asked me what I was looking for and I replied I wanted the damage repaired (approx. $100). He started in on how they had "already credited me the trumped up charge and that should be that". It is too bad that a company that received a few thousand dollars for 2 rooms of carpet will allow a customer to leave dissatisfied over such a small amount of money for damage they caused. I think they are a dishonest ,shady company and should be avoided if you are looking for good work and any type of customer service.
